Novembers goodness

I have a mental block when it comes to cooking [reason here //we look alike because we are sisters//]

Anyway...

I may be a little bit of a poser, but I like my food tasty, fresh, local and it's always my goal to shop in season. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what is really growing now and near, because we have access to EVERYTHING. I need a bit of a guide, thought maybe you'd like to see it too. All of these things should be at least reasonably priced in the store...unless you know a farmer, then you should get everything you can from him. Yeah, it will be more expensive, but it's for a good cause. Tip the man for goodness sake! Don't believe me? Watch this
